What documents do I need for booking?
ID is mandatory. For piercings on minors (lobe 0-15, other piercings 16-17), the parent/guardian must be present with their ID.
How much is the tattoo deposit?
The deposit is 100 RON, required to confirm the booking. Non-deductible from final price. Non-refundable for no-show or cancellation under 48h.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation more than 48h before: the deposit can be rescheduled within 60 days. Under 48h: deposit retained. For urgent medical situations, we discuss case-by-case.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, Saturday and Sunday 13:00-18:00. Weekend bookings should be made at least 5 days in advance.
